Pirate Bay Nusa Dua Bali
No need to go far away to the Caribbean to experience the pirate. Nusa Dua in Bali, exactly, there are places to eat at the same time the first pirate themed recreation in Indonesia. His name is Pirates Bay, guaranteed not want to go home!

Ocean waves sound very close. Already at 18.30 pm, the sun slowly replaced galaxies. Some surfers and foreign tourists to swim in Nusa Dua Beach, Bali started coming out of the water. Taking a towel, then went to the restaurant that is located right on the waterfront.

Light yellow dominate the restaurant. Not only light, but also torches and bonfires. A tourist who remained outside the restaurant looks gaping, see the inside of the restaurant: large size pirate ship.

This is the Pirates Bay, places to eat and location of pirate-themed outdoor activity in Indonesia. I started to follow his steps into the unique place of the Indonesian-owned Caldera.

Voila! I felt I had time-travel to the Caribbean in the past, where the coastal pirate party. A large ship standing on the sand, complete with pirate-style decoration. Tent and campfire scattered in many places.

My Eyes 'darting' in different directions. Two tree house perched at an altitude slick. The sound of children's laughter began to sound, some foreign tourists seemed to mingle in an open tent full of soft pillows.

"Pirates Bay is not just a restaurant. Could also be for outdoor activities and team building, including wedding and pre-wedding," said Karina Benyta Kusumawardhani, Guest Relation Officer Pirates Bay Bali

Pirates Bay is a different concept with several restaurants in the Nusa Dua area. The majority of the restaurant was impressed luxurious and conventional style, so to eat any traveler ditutut neat. But it is different with the Pirates Bay, backpackers also like to linger there!

"We had a shower room, toilet, also tent to rest. Lot of you know that coming backpacker, buy a drink, surf, and then back again and sleep in a tent all day!" Benyta added.

This proves the Pirates Bay is the type favored by foreign tourists. Benyta mentioned, 70% of visitors Pirates Bay it is the foreign tourists especially Australians. Imagine, this outdoor restaurant provides a variety of activities ranging from campfire, team building for corporates, until the treasure hunt for the kids.

"Treasure Hunt is perfect for families. Boys will be looking through the treasure clue deployed at Pirates Bay area, including in the shallow waters so that the children enjoy snorkeling agenda," added Benyta.

A traveler can choose their own seats. Ranging from tree houses each 2 level, a tent, a pirate ship deck above, as well as regular table with a temporary roof so that tourists do not overheat. Table on the deck of the so-called 'couple table' because it directly facing the oceans, and very romantic at night!

And what about the food menu here? No need to worry, diverse variants of a menu ranging from Asian to Western served at Pirates Bay. There are a variety of light meals and an appetizer, main course, vegetarian menu, dessert, also Little Pirates menu for children.

"The price is quite affordable compared to other restaurant-restaurant in Nusa Dua, ranging from Rp 27500-495000. Latter portion of it for 6 people," added Benyta.

I also sampled some typical menus Pirates Bay. For appetizers, there Calamari & Chips with tar-tar sauce. For the main course, there is the Grilled Squid served with a side dish of salad and mashed potatoes.

For dessert, the favorite of tourists in Pirates Bay is Pineapple Paradise. It was vanilla and chocolate ice cream, served on a halved pineapple. It feels unique and fresh!

If you come with family or a group, can be ordered Pirates Basketball. It was a big basket containing a variety of seafood ranging from crab, lobster, clams, squid, and shrimp. The price is Rp 495,000 to 6 servings.

Shhh, if you sit in a tent full of soft pillows, a traveler could ask for lit a bonfire and roasting their own food ordered. Barbecue time this is the favorite of Japanese tourists when visited Pirates Bay.

"If ordinary restaurant slogan 'all you can eat', at Pirates Bay so 'all you can do'!" Benyta said.
